i don't succed to connect

So the problem is that i formated my pc in the last days and i downloaded the new version of direct connect (version 2)and when i try to connect in the EMC,it tells me that :
This hub is running version 1.0.25 of the NeoModus Direct Connect Hub Software.
This hub is for registered users only.
Disconnected from EMC at 04/07/2003 11:27:25 PM
I have the good ip address and my name is correct so what is the problem and the worse is that the new version doesn't let me enter my password :confused:

You'll only get that message if your username is wrong.

Make sure your name is exactly the same as the one you signed up with for the emc hub and try again... |

with the new version of direct ,i don't have the place to write all the lettres of my nickname.my nickname is music_is_the_key and direct connect just let me enter the name music_is_the_ke.So the y is missing!How can i do..:confused: |

I suggest you try re-applying again for the Hub, and just explain that you've already signed up, and just require a change of name, something smaller perhaps...
Anyway, AFAIK, EMC users are been redirected to Oldo's hub, so you shouldnt have to register for that hub atleast..?..?.. |

and btw, emc is shutting down, everyone will be redirected to oldo's public hub, check the hub thread in the chillout forum, info about oldo's hub at www.essentialsets.net , if you have any more questions just ask them in the hub thread, thanks. :) |
