it happens to me sometimes too, but its just probably traffic.

Normally it works fine, but the last 2 days i almost can't reach the site. Well I'm going to try again now

it is very busy during the weekend. Sometimes my satellite won't connect. But it always works when you try at different times. 8 AM CET works best for me...that's 2 AM NY time and 11PM LA time.
Just try more often. Oh, and one more thing that I discovered for myself: I found dl speed a bit slow, but you can up the number of simultaneous downloads to 5 or more, then you get good speed, like 5x 15k/sec, that's fine for me...
But maybe you all knew that ;) |

there is a button at your satellite home, it says "limit simultaneous transfer to ...". You can change it there.
Of course, this only works when you requested more than one song. Maybe I didn't make this clear. You are recieving 4,5,? different songs at the same time. But that still makes it more efficient. |
