I believe, instead of running away, you are suppose to face that person. I know what you mean about the heavy legs and arms, it means as i said, you're not suppose to run away, or even if you tried it won't work.
Do you have pains in certain areas of your body???
ok, here's what you could do:
Affirmations
before you fall or go to sleep, you can say out loud or in your mind:
"I will be ready for this person who is chasing me and scaring me. I will remember to stop running away and face this person. As Light is Divine Love and my will, I will send this person back into the Light."
Something like that. :)
or you add on with the affirmations, a visualization of yourself:
1. wearing shining plate armor, like a Knight
2. holding a sword or a warhammer that burns bright with Light
3. "I am ready for you, whoever you are!"
you basically symbolize the Paladin who fears no evil or darkness.

probably once a year i dream about holding on to the edge of a mountain/cliff, then falling....for a few seconds and hitting the ground...i never die though cause when i hit the ground my body jerks and feels like it lifted off the bed, i wake up... :D
then i just turn to a side and go back to sleep...
anyways, pretty fukked up dream....

hmm...last night i dreamt i slept on the top of a bunk bed...but it was on the street, where my brother normally parks his car hahahaahah!!!
also, a while ago i dreamt i was a character in day of defeat...shooting all the nazi's with a sniper rifle hahaaha...if u don't know, day of defeat is the world war ii equivalent of counter-strike :D
..and i once dreamt about this awesome girl that i'd never met before, and i walked in on her in the bath room & she was crying because she had a wooden stake thru her leg stuck in the bathtub!?!? wtf!!!
..and another one, i was on an exploration trip with my 5th grade teacher and i warned her not to go near this tree stup, but she did and this little worm thing with teeth jumped out and bit her
..and another one i used to get when i was a kid with the cold or flu, the house was really dark, but there was this gigantic blue ball and a smaller red one bouncing around all over the place making my head thump
hahaah...ahh i get weird dreams all the time...i won't talk about the really weird ones tho...haahah!!!
oh yeah, and another one i just remembered...i was in a shopping center car park (one of the multi-level ones), and i think i was like a detective or something chasing a bad guy...anyway he jumps infront of me and shoots thru my head with a shotgun...i know the back of my head is missing, but i'm walking around with blood and like not dying!?!?! |
