| wow, that is amazing, i think it is a tumor. makes me sick to think that there are countries in this world that dont even supply basic medical care to people who really need it the most..very sad.. |

i bet that was at the center of lisbon, when i was there, there was a lot of poor people asking for money, and street sellers, stuff like that, most of them are immigrants. this dude appears to be asian.. not that there isn't poor portuguese people, but you see a lot of disgraced immigrants wandering by some zones of lisbon..
thank god in this island we don't see such misery in the streets, except for some ppl in funchal, but in a very smaller scale. |

Neither here, and we are at 15/20 Km's from it. However, you see a lotta thugs and stuff like that around here... :whip: |

I haven't been there in 5 years but it kinda troubled me being in a McDonalds eating and having someone come up to me all full of lesions and stuff saying they had HIV asking for $
