You really should go to the extrazone in not far from the brouckere square... Rue Fossé aux Loups 8
you can't miss it...
btw, when are you coming to brussels, 'cuz, one of these days, I'm going to that shop too... (in desperate need of new vinyl :D )

There are several shops quite near to each other.

First of all the Forum Extrazone. Extrazone is quite a big chain of music/video/games shops, but only three local shops have vinyl (one of them is the Forum, on the first floor). They specialise in house/prog, but they still have quite a nice collection of trance and techno. Rue Fossé aux loups 8. Near the Place de la monnaie/Muntplein. Don't be fooled by the looks of the shop. Just by looking at it you'll think it's a videogame store.

Then not far of there is a big street called Boulevard Lemonnier/Avenue Anspach (both streets continue in each other). In that street you have a lot of second hand shops, where you can find lots of little gems when looking good. And there are lots of cd stores with cheap stuff.
A lot of the sidestreets of Lemonnier/Anspach have vinyl shops too. Three come to mind right now : BCM Brussels (the street is called Steengracht I think), more specialised in techno, but they have a lot of extra stuff. Urban Grooves (don't remember the street), techno also. And on the St goriksplein/place st gery you have a doctor vinyl (mostly house and techno).

If you're a massive trance addict, I must warn you that Brussels is more techno oriented (and you can start to feel the influence of wallony with their more housy stuff). For real trance it's better you go north of our country (it isn't exactly big). But if you stay in brussels, Forum Extrazone and BCM is where you will find most.

Haven't been to the doctor vinyl yet... but, will do that soon :)

Urban grooves... never entered that store, was afraid that I would never have came out in 1 piece... but, will do that one too sometime.
