does anyone here watch Pride FC or any other Mixed Martial Arts events?
I've only recently gotten into it after hearing about the local UFC scene. I'd seen a few pay per views and i was hooked. There are some scars tho, such as UFC 1 and 2, which was pretty much no holds barred and people getting attacked and bloody. Some of the russian events are a bit squeemish too. But i have really grown to love Pride FC and UFC. They hold exciting events every few months with consideration to the fans and to the safety of the fighters
Up and coming is the UFC Fight between Randy Coutre and Tito Ortiz, which is a shame because of a screw over by the president of UFC, zuffa, i think his name is.
overseas, i'm DESPERATYLY waiting for an 8 man tournament "gran prix" of pride. The matches have been recently announced and it looks great.
My favorite fighters are Quinton "rampage" jacks and kazushi Sakuraba. Definently legends, as the gracies have crumbled |
