slip and scratch mats

Anyone know where I can get powder blue technic matts? I love those!
Anyways, I found out some neat infor on scratch mats (for those who aren't sure what I'm talking about they are the film under the slipmats which allow for better grip) . I heard some people use grovery bags, some use x-ray film
what do you guys use?
