I agree with you.
Also, i am usually so lazy (*) . I dont like changing tunes alot of times. So, the DJ do that for me :D
I also agree about the journey theory.
( * = I can hear my computer teacher says "in computing support, people are lazy.") |

| id probably have to say that lately for me its been Sets. easier to just put on on and let your mind wander when listening to a good set rather than having that wierd pause, and waiting through intro/outro between good singles. i guess i just like the "flow" aspect of sets |

Sets are, in general, better IMO. Why? Because you dont have to listen to the intros and outros of the singles, plus in a liveset DJ's tend to spin singles a little faster or tweak the sound a bit so that they sound better.
The downside of course, is that theres almost no such thing as a perfect set of which you like every minute. ( I can only think about 5 off the top of my head) |

| hearing a song in a set just attaches a certain magic to it that you really can't get in a single. it's nice to have singles for listening on their own, but that wears out much faster than from a set. |

Sets....
1)Climax after Climax
2)Best tunes selected in a row, brings the vibe higher
3)I love hearing how DJs transition between tracks the special effects they add...
Singles still rock though, must owns :p |

Trance is about a jorney for me, and singles just don't take you on a jorney. I can't see myself listening to singles all the time. As strange as it sounds, I find singles to be too repetitive outside sets! :p |
Yes!! I can't tell you how many times i've listened to a favorite single, wearing it out in terms of my enjoyment, but if it pops up in a good set, I just melt. |

| I will choose sets, 'cause then you can easily forget/ignore everything else what is surrouding you and just go to journey. :) |

| There's nothing like hearing your favourite tune dropped in a set :D |

| I would also have to say sets. It is through sets that I discover most singles that I love ! |

My favourite are sets. In a set you can listen the essential part of every singles and you can listen also the tracks selection, the tracks order/build-up and the dj skills, every singles can sound a bit different and there is always a new journey.
