Well I'm going and I have some camping gear. I have a 3 person, 2 person, and a 1 person tent, a camp stove, 2 fold up chairs, a cooler, a tarp
Not sure how I'm getting there yet, but I know I'm getting there. I won't be able to leave Toronto until 7 pm so I might be a little late.
I suggest we make up some banners of some sort with the TA logo. Stake out a large chunk of land (or if there seperate sites, stake out numerous sites close together)
We can get a large piece of cloth and paint the TA logo on it. Perhaps we could get together one night sometime in the next two weeks to do this. That way when we get to WEMF, everybody can find us.
Any thoughts??? |

^^^ Yeah some sort of planning must be done in order to make sure all TAs can meet up.
The perfect situation would be getting a TA tent area. Not sure whether we can organize that in advance or just pray to be lucky when we arrive. I'm not sure how possible it will be considering ppl will be arriving at different times. Creating some sort of banner or flag would also help alot. I will look into that. |

| Mee & 404 science are going up for sure....but i think we're planning to go up on the 26th, and not even bother bringing a tent, cause we'll be partyin all night :crazy: Its gonna rock! |

I know i'm already on the list but around 6 of my friends are going too :)
I can't wait.. And the banner is a good idea... I think a lot of ppl should make them just in case we don't all get to stay together.. then at least we can see where other TA's are... I'm gonna try and make one...

Well thanx to Hooman ill be going, but i dont know many of you guys, just a few when im able to get in to Viva.
I think ill bring a roll of "hello my name is" or something like that. That way we know who it TA and all. ;) good idea?

Man I love this. All these great ideas.
Perhaps we should have a pre WEMF meetup sometime this week or early next week for those who are attending to plan rides, banners, etc. |

How about today?? I know I'll be downtown for a workshop at my school (for 6:30PM to 8), so if any TAs can manage meeting someplace downtown, please, post or pm me, and we'll organize a meeting place and time.

OK ryanm and I can meet downtown thursday as it stands. anyone else want in.. just pm me or him. this spontaneous rhyming is rather grim. I hope my cash doesn't run slim.
we have to figure out someplace central. I was thinking Nathan Philips square b/c we hafta meet there the 25th anyway. It would also be cool/convenient if we would compile our cell numbers, via pm or e-mail of course for privacy reasons. |
