isn't it 4 HOURS 6-10 in central park.

it's up to every individual whether or not a two hour set is worth the drive to philly.

and paul WILL show up to the gig. as far as the atmosphere, it's tbd. it may very well suck...

but please don't tell us what is and isn't pointless...

So I was leaving Flatspins (suburbs club outside of Philly) and these dudes were handing out flyers for PvD @ Transit.

so I proceed to ask him if the door prices will change like they did at Tiesto. He gets insulted and starts yelling at me, and getting in my face, saying crap like, "WTF?" "What's your problem?" "I don't care" "blah blah blah blah"

I'm gald that they have such a caring promotional staff.

I'm thinking that if you don't get your tickets early, that you should plan on paying at leat $40 at the door again. It'll be worth to hear how Paul follows up a 4 hour set outside. That and I love how the DJ booth is right in front of you at Transit. That's about all I can be happy about Transit for.

oh well, 26 more days. and I got the flyer, it looks nice.

Yea... you have to be a real dick to pay $50 for 2 hours of PvD. And anyone that goes to both is an idiot. :wtf: What is he, Jerry Garcia of the Dead???? :wtf: :happy2: :haha: :stongue:

well presonally i am pretty excited to see PVD twice in one night and i dont think im a dick, esp b/c earlier in this post it says that I will only be paying 25$ to see him at transit... so im spending 25$ for central park and 25$ for transit that makes 50$ to see him play two different sets, which i think is pretty cool, and worth my money. so i really dont care if you dont want to see pvd in philly, but there is no point criticizing those who want to and calling them dicks... i agree with caryn that there is no need to tell anyone what is and isnt pointless.. and besides if you think this thread is pointless dont read it

cheers

PvD in Philly, I can see them charging $50 for 2 hours of Paul, when in NYC I am seeing Paul for 4 hours, and I paid $25. Since you're from FL, I wont hold it against you... but Philly is lame when it comes to music, and quality DJ's. I am surprised Paul would even come back, after the nightmare a few yrs ago. Good luck... you'll need it. :D
