Ok - I think the forum has grown large enough that some sort of restrictions have to be put into place because some people have signatures that are annoying to look at.
Rules
1) No images that directly advertise an event/party in your signature - if you want to put 1 or 2 lines of text in your sig with a link that is fine, but if you want banner advertising then e-mail me.
2) Keep the TOTAL size of images in your sig well under 50,000 bytes - and if it's an animated .GIF keep it to a minimum
3) I don't mind some partial nudity in images in signatures/avatars but some of them cross the line - I have no problem with it but others do and I'd rather not read e-mail about it all the time.
Remember, if you want to turn off signatures completely you can go into your Profile Options and turn them off.

There you have it folks. All the users of TOTA are asked to voluntarily make the necessary changes to their own signatures. The IRON FIST enforcement of these rules will come into effect at the beginning of August 2003. Event posting rules are being worked on now and will be introduced shortly. |
