need help sending files....

hey cheers for this but i dont know anythign about computers... im trying to send a file to my mate whos in australia via msn and for some reason it keeps on failing. ive sent it to my other mates who live in japan and it goes fine. anyone know why it wont go through when i try send it to australia? do i have to change some setting or something?
anys cheers for the help... and if nothing can be done can someone suggest another way to send the file cheers! |

upload it to a webserver and give him the url
and if it s up, some webservers let u resume the upload |

His firewall in his computer might be ing it up.
