What's the best music collection cataloguing program?

Looking for a program that will:
Find files on your hard drive eg a simple search feature
Have several fields allowing you to
- give a personal rating to a track
- describe a track eg:
1. female vocal
2. uplifting
3. melodic
4. fast paced
Allow you to sought by rating and description
Maybe play tracks
Maybe record streams
Has to be free - well, it would be nice :) |

I use it for years and It's just great! Only feature you don't have in the unregistered version is the "search for duplicates-function"
You can add a lot of information (e.g. lyrics or tracklists for livesets) and use a powerful filter-system!
