They are(were) a belgian duo, a chick and a dude. Started in 1991 i think, did eurodance (female vocals+rap) and kept it going untill early 97. Then after that, two chicks took the name and released some really crappy crap.

they played something i called mix of techno/eurodance & issued 3 albums (as far as i know)
the dude was a black rapper named Ray & the chick was a white vocalist/dancer named Anita (i think) and she had two really big ... ehm ... you know what i mean, right? :D
they made lots of hits .... |

The producers where belgians, the chick and dude where from Holland (Trance Nation).
