Interview, Part 1 (00:50):
--------------------------

DR = Dag Rune (The host of the show)
ST = DJ Stigma

DR: And now I've actually got DJ Stigma on the phone.

DR: Hello Stig!

ST: Hello hello..

DR: I've heard some rumours..

ST: Rumours?

DR: m-m

ST: What are those rumours then?

DR: I've heard some rumours about... Yeah, You've been DJ'ing nearly all around the world.
You have played in Holland, Finland, USA, Germany and Swizerland to mention a few.
And one place you haven't spun is in England, but now things are happening over there too, right?

ST: Yes, a few months ago a management in the UK asked me to do some gigs over there. That is what I've always been dreaming about since I started DJ'ing.

DR: Yeah, I can understand that.

ST: But it's very difficult to make it over there. They've got so incomprehensible many DJ's to choose from.

DR: Yeah, exactly.

DR: I've heard that you're doing a gig there in September.

ST: Yes, on September the 13th in Manchester, and it's at a club called Ascension and the concept is called Vision. And I'm playing together with Matt Hardwick who is a resident at Gatecrasher.

DR: Wow! Matt Hardwick is very good. Yeah, that will be wicked.

DR: Stig! I'm going to ask you a few standard questions that we ask all the DJ's that we have here in In The Mix..

DR: What is in your record bag at the moment?

ST: Right now? I've got "Paul Rogers - Krafty", that among other things Deep Dish have on their Global Underground CD. Very cool Prog House! "Holden & Thompson - Nothing [Hiver & Hammer Remix]", "Quadraphonic - I Can Feel Your Love [Shane 54 Monster Mix]", And one of my favourite tunes "Conjure One feat. Sinead O'Connor - Tears From The Moon [Hybrid Remix]"

DR: Ahh.. Monster tune!

ST: Yeah, it's ing cool! To say it in a very discreet way.

DR: Hehe.. Yeah, exactly!

DR: OK, Stig. We are going to take a little break to play a tune. And then we'll talk some more.

Interview, Part 2 (07:11):
--------------------------

DR = Dag Rune (The host)
ST = DJ Stigma

DR: Yes, I still have DJ Stigma on phone here.

DR: And... All those records you have in your box, if there is one tune that really does it when the dancefloor is empty, which is it?

ST: That is one record that actually have had a permanent Residence permit in my box since 1999. It was on my Global Clubbing CD.. It's "Triple Concept - Tonetwister". And what makes it so good is that it was sort of passed by in '99, because there was so many good tunes back then. So some tunes had to disappear. But, I'm glad it did. I play it on every gig I do. And even if I play it for the younger or the older, it still kicks ass.

DR: What is your favourite label at the moment?

ST: I like Lost Language very much.

DR: What do you think is the Summer tune of the year?

ST: "Holden & Thompson - Nothing [Hiver & Hammer Remix]" is very good, nice vocals and it's very cool.

DR: SommerParaden is right around the corner now, can we see you there?

ST: Yes, I'm spinning together with DJ Jamie at the club Cube and the concept called Heat.

DR: That's wicked Stig, I'll see you at the Afterparty at Cube then. And then you'll have a very good Summer.

ST: The same for you.

DR: Thank you! Bye!

ST: Bye!

That isn't surprising, seeing is this set is a retrospective set from Stigma himself, consisting exclusively of personal all time favs.No offense, but do you really he'd play a set like this normally when he talks about tracks like Paul Rogers - Krafty and Nothing (Hiver & Hammer Remix) in this interview?
