Tracks Simular to Deepsky - Cosmic Dancer

I bought the Stargazer EP ages ago, and i know the first part of the track is annoying and generally crap, after the 4 min mark that kinda sound (i dread to call it anything incase someone linches me) is just awsome! wondered if anyone can recommend tracks with a simular stlye/sound/whatever!
the reward is u can have a person off the forum banned or their sig changed to a large goat :p :stongue: |

I'm listening to Cosmic Dancer right now, to get a point of reference, and am immediately reminded that this track rocks! What I also notice is that it is very Goa trance influenced, what with the ethnic samples and slightly twisted psychedelic (but still uplifting) melody. If you like this, you would probably like a lot of the old school melodic goa trance out there. May I recommend Astral Projection, Chi-AD, Hallucinogen, Man With No Name, Pleiadians, Doof, and Talamasca as possible starting points?
The only fault of the aforementioned artists is that they are not as progressive as Deepsky is. If I come across any melodic progressive psytrance, I'll let ya know. |
