Whats everyone trippin on? Dark chocolate owns!!
For the following reasons:
1) Dark chocolate contains more of the chemicals that cause a reaction in your brain similar to "love".
2) Dark chocolate is the original chocolate and contains the highest concentration of the main (and most expensive) ingredient of chocolate: cocoa mass... I think milk chocolate is aploy by manufacturers to increase their profit margins by diluting their chocolate with milk... once you do that the subtlety of the taste is gone so you can put all kinds of other crap in it for good measure and no one will taste the difference.
3) Dark chocolate has a much more complex chocolatey aroma, compared to the "mildly pleasant" flavour of milk chocolate.
4) Dark chocolate with its bitter undertones has a more sophisticated taste not just plain sweet.
5) If I want some mild-flavoured kiddy-marketted sweet crap I'll make myself a cup of Milo.. If you're after true chocolatey bliss you can't go past dark chocolate.
White "chocolate" does not even deserve a mention... sure its not bad... but there's not a trace of cocoa in it so in my book its not chocolate... |
