How to remix...can you help?

I need some help here. I have composed my own music, but have never remixed songs from other artists.
Now I'm not sure if any of you are aware of FruityLoops Studio 4, but I have that...how can I mix a song with acapella to a beat track? Does anyone know how it can be done using FruityLoops or do I have to invest in yet another music program? |

I guess you could edit the vocals first with some nice software like soundforge for example.
Then it will be easier to combine with the beats using fruity

| as long as the accapella is in tempo, all u have to do is just find the tempo of the acapella and then just add it in to your mix |
