i dislike disco house & commercial house (bar NY house :p) but i am rather fond of tech-house, deephouse, prog house & some funky house... :) very very fond of Brother In Rhythm & Way Out West!!!

Hehe. Yeah I asked Markus Schulz what Scumfrog would be classed as, but he didn't say. Scumfrog plays a lot of Black woman vocal house though...a lot of funky house tracks have that as a staple.
p.s. He's reallllllly good @ mixing. |

I am a really big follower of Progressive House - in fact I have equal numbers of trance & prog house 12" vinyl. To me I do seperate them in terms of genere, but when I mix, they go together beautifully. I'm also a big vocal house guy (not commercial radio poop though), which is more or less the new wave of dance music that hasn't made it to the radio yet (thank god) and get ruined.
I despise tech house and tribal house with a passion... but that's my perogative. |
