Go buy records or would u just stop listening to the music.... if you would buy records then whats different then buying records now and helping the scene because everything needs some kinda of money backing it.... or would you stop listening ?? then your true colors would show if your a true fan or not. and you said about would you ask a waitress to work for free and would you ask dj to spin for free ...so what about producers??/ many dont dj many dont perform live so where is there end of the bargain??? i bet you dont dj or produce because i think your views would be differently if it was on the other end of the spectrum ;) i guess everyone is to there own ... just hope some day you understand then life isnt a free ride that you have give to recieve ... ever heard that term " its better to give then to recieve" thats because better things will come to you if you think about others!

wow, lots of assumptions you made there. But if it makes you feel any better, i am a dj . . . .and i do have legit djing job at a club near school and if you want a demo, ill send it. HAHA

so what happens if there werent any mp3s. . . .would I start buying records, or stop listening to music? Well if it werent for mp3's, i wouldnt have discovered 75% of the talent out there in the world so I guess i wouldnt buy as much vinyl as i do now.
And the vinyl I do buy is a very small percentage of wat my mp3 collection is. . .why? Because the majority of my mp3s arent worth spending $10 on and unlike you, I buy my records because the track is hot, not because i feel sorry for the scene or the producer.
If a producer really wanted to succeed in music, he/she would find a way to do it and dont need ppl like you to feel sorry for them and buy their records out of pity.

why do you need financial support from something you love to do. You do it cuz you love to do it. DUH. Oh yea, your comment on me bitching like a little kid had a great touch on your comment as well.

wel the statement above was directed towards something so obvious when i said money we all have to get some how or the other why not with somethign you love that should explain the reason why people need to have there records sold. if you put you first statement and the second one together sounds to me to be very hypocritical ... you can laugh at it all you want wasnt attended to be a joke but i guess you ran out of things to say ;)

I'm surprised many of you haven't thought of it yet, but won't all of his first and best vinyls become high valued collector items amongst the DJ community? I'm just thinking, but maybe he's been told by his label to do this to get some quick cash from overprices "retired" name of FLutlicht/SHOKK and then bring him back under another alias??
This sin't the first time something like this has been done.
All I know is I'm grabbing any vinyls by this artist I can find, not only b/c of the value, but b/c I love his stuff.

dont make such stupid ing comments you utter prick.

AMEN.

But it is still a sad state of affairs.

Excite
was marco the sound engineer for shokk and flutlicht because to me it seems like dani and cladio were doing most of the actual composing but marco was doing the producing.

i wish i was as musically talented as he is..

Rumors are spreading fast. So I'll better clarify some things...
This is NOT a joke. My decision is definite. It was NOT a precipitate decision. It has NOTHING to do with money or the mp3 scene. NO ONE has forced me.

As far as FLUTLICHT and S.H.O.K.K. are concerned, these projects will not die. I'll try hard to continue working with Daniel and Claudio. However, it's possible that our ideas of a new way and a new sound are too different. In the end there are two possibilities:
1. I'll stay with FLUTLICHT/S.H.O.K.K. and its sound will undergo a radical change
2. I'll leave FLUTLICHT/S.H.O.K.K. and Daniel or Claudio will make all future decisions concerning these projects

They are both always free to look for a new producer or to start building their own studio or whatever.

Marco
