Different Mixdowns, which has better quality ?

Hi guys,
I'm trying to improve the sound quality and some other things of my current track and I actually need your help :)
would you either go by SAMPLE ONE or by SAMPLE TWO ?

SAMPLE 01: it sounds to overpowering and flat
SAMPLE 02: sounds more bassy and under control

sample 1 is to flat..
sample 2 is much better |
