Driven - chemical brothers, moby, fatboy slim, bt.... lol, crap movie (except for 2 moments), but the soundtrack is good

mortal combat 2 (i think it's part 2) features scooter's age of love (which actually is a remake of some other song, which was featured in the end of T2 and in the credits of T3)

A Clockwork Orange - features the original score that is the basis of Cygnus X's "The Orange Theme".

Blade - The original movie had some techno/club stuff.

Hmmm, not released yet but one soundtrack that is definitely worth looking out for is "A Perfect Day". Paul van Dyk fuses classical and electronic into one - sounds very interesting indeed...
