Here's the problem. A month ago I got a new job at an auto parts counter that is 40-50 hours a week, and it is very mentally draining. When I get home, the last thing I want to do is work out.
I have trouble getting up early, and I have to start work @ 8 anyways so that rules out the morning.
What I was thinking of doing was working out as soon as I got home, but I don't know if I'm up to that. Any other suggestions from people in the same situation as me? |

Well as of about 3 months ago i was about 230lbs ...... Now I am about perfect at 212lbs.....I like you stopped working out for about 3 years i starting working out again. I mean serious working out and eating healthy the first 2 weeks i lost 15lbs.... Just had to get the body burning the food again.. Anyway nowadays im working from 7am to 3pm then i take a break till about 5pm then i head over to the gym till about 6:45 and from there i head to the roller hockey rink.. I also throw in surfing in the mornings when i dont have to work early. Key to working out is to just do it.. and once you get in a groove it becomes just like washing your teeth...
peace, |
