i dont think its fair how the girl's identity is kept hidden and not kobe's. If she was making this whole thing up, her life should be ed for the rest of her life and everyone should know that shes a liar because after now, kobe's career is tainted no matter if he's guilty or not.
but thats assuming if kobe's innocent. |

kobe bryant is a public figure, a celebrity, one who's beyond a multi-millionaire and basketball player so he deserves to be in the public eye, the public deserves to know about him...the girl on the other hand is just some random person who is not as rich or famous as kobe and if her identity was revealed her life could be in danger moreso than kobe just because of who he is |

just because he's athletically talented means he deserves to have his privacy taken away?

if the sex was consentual, the media has no place in his business. that's a private matter.

I think there was some rule for the media and police to not disclose the identity of the victims of sexual assualt. The girl allegedly being a victim of sexual assualt will then be able to keep her identity hidden from the media. |
