Rework & Reconstruction VS Remix

When reading the Paul van Dyk Rework thread my mind started to think; "Hey, i dont know whats the difference between rework and remix"! :) And lately ive seen more and more "reworks" and "reconstructions". So, my question is this; Is a rework a totally/complete redone song by the person who does the rework? He does all the basslines, rythms and so on? And does this also apply for a "reconstruction"?

Rework = PvD's "innovation" of adding new beat on top of the old.
Reconstruction = a liveset rip reconstructed to a "full" tune, then later on released by lame ripping groups as the real deal. |
