no, i didn't think that for a second. i was just waiting to see how the blame would be diverted from him. i'm interested that someone else took full responsibility instead of bush simply making denials. |

| i guess "the buck stops" anywhere but Bush's desk. perhaps in the end it doesn't matter, bush got his war anyway. |
