Hi mates!! :)
Im back!! After 3 singles, Liquid Sunset, Relax and my last one, Balearic Sun I decided to start with some remixes with my guise C.del Sol! The first one was made for the Remix Competition (Plummet - Damaged), it is finished and uploaded, but you have to wait until August 17th to listen this! :p
Ok, and here is my last remix finished and mastered today! Its the classic Rank 1's anthem Airwave, but with the new release of this year, called Breathing. I was searching for the acapella but I found nothing, so I had to sample one part of the full vocal mix to put it on my remix, but sounds good!!
I didnt use any midi file to make this, all by hearing! :) Its based on one of my all-time favourites tracks, the Dutch Force Remix, because of its beautiful melody! :D
This track is my first one with the new FL Studio (before I was using FL 3.5) and Im very happy with the final result!
The style is similar to my old green fact guise, so a little harder than my previous works but no much.
I think its a very nice up-to-date of this classic mix! So, I hope u like it!!

not bad remix, the lead needs some chorus imo, its a bit too linear and blunt
its a reasonable remix, id give it a 7/10

that little piano breaks some musical rules at some times, notes that should not be mixed together, but anyways, the idea is good and i like it, but otherwise its a bit boring, the breakdown/build is too long :/ i like the idea and the remix is good, but then the productions lack, keep it up.

DJPrototypeX, glad u like it mate, and also for supporting all my tracks!! If you like the bassline here,the bassline which I created for my damaged remix is a lot better..:D I cant tell you more!
Endre! wazzup! :p Yeah you have the true, I tried to put a sound piano into the melody to make this classic track a little bit different , and I think that sounds good to me!
Yeah, I made the breakdown a little bit longer than usually but this is because the potential on this track is on its breakdown & buildup melody, is the best part!!

The startup seems flattish to me, nice work with vocals and sneeky effects. The percussion could have a lil more too. A touch of work and this will be better, great stuff keep it up :D

over all i'm digging the mix. nice to hear this old track again. one of my old school favs.
theres a couple of parts that bug me a bit.
right at the begining of the break down i dont like how you stop the synths/bass then start them and then stop them.
i see how your trying to add to the dramatics but i dont think it sounds good.
i like how you tried to put the piano in but it definatly stands out as off key. i also don't like the sound of your synthesized piano. the sound is just too techy. it needs some beauty.
also (esp. during the breakdown the melody) needs to be pulled out more. the other elements in the song just over crowd it.
keep working on this track, it could be a damn nice remix. |

Pretty good dub mix, although to my ears I think it was a little too raspy.
Pretty funny, however; I had to comment on this since I heard this song coming home from radio class on my tape. |
