For those who didn't go to Orkidea (moi) I decided to go t a different vibe :D.
First of all, Swallow lounge needs more lights. The sound systems was aaiight. Nice place tho.
Unfourtunately the only TAS that were Present where Arek, Ziggy, TranceKitten and myself. Despite TranceKitten and I being Really tired from lack of sleep we decided to go to the event nevertheless to show our support to our DJ Eso (who was unfourtunately Competing with Orkidea :( ). One thing I can truly say about Eso is that he never dissapoints me. Smooth mixing and good track selection. Yesterday involed classics being spun with of course Eso's signature track "For an angel - PVD". I had a great time and I was not dissapointed except for the 5 dollar beers (canadian) :wtf:. Hatiras played a WICKED set. I want his track list and Esos. Hatiras had aBass Guitar Player (who also did vocals later 0n) LIVE. That was soooo cool. Live Bass guitar Disco grooves to the house beats!!!!! Never seen that b4. I did not stick around to see Jelo but he started off with some hard beats :). All in all I had a good time. Now back to sleep. |

All in all I had a great time listening to Eso Spin...he never dissapoints me, and even the whole time I wanted to dance and stuff but was too beat to even manage to get up. Eso mixing was amazing...even tho he had to start mixing to house(I think it was) but he did great!. I looove your track selection man...have to get your tracklist, I really liked what you played.
Hatiras did a great job too, although for a second there was a bit of silence when he started to play his third track. The live PA was great..I never seen anything like that..I really liked it.
The club itself was aiight, except for the price of the drinks..sheez, too much. Anyways..gotta sleep a bit. |
