BT Broadband- ftp uploading (help!)

(dont know if this post is in the right place)
Anyone on here using the free web space from BT Broadband to host there tracks? if so ,How the hell do i do it:mad: it's doing my fookin head in now:eek:
Please, please , please can somebody come 2 my rescue b4 i smash my comp 2 bits:whip: :whip:
It can't be that hard, i'm just with PC technical stuff

This really is pretty easy ;-)
I assume you know about FTP, and have a working FTP client...
Connect to ftp.btopenworld.com using your BT username and your account password. Then upload.
Your username is the bit before the @ symbol in your connection details, e.g. if you use [email protected] then your username would be "example" (but without the quotes). You should know your account password too ;-)
