| whenever i record my mixes, there's usually some distortion. it only happens on the higher pitches, usually in the hi hat, even a few high synths. I'm wondering if it might be my setup. When I record I go out my mixer to a minidisc recorder. I use the RCA out connections, but split each connection using a Y connector, so the output goes out to my MD and out my stereo. i'm thinking the splitting up the connection is causing the distortion.. I need to get a long cable so I can record using my PC :P |
