damn this sucks major balls..
i like the decks idea.. i have some free time this week.. i can spin for free :happy2:
i also plan to have a TA shopping meetup to visit NUMB. i could use a few more clothes myself.. how about u guys? |

| Its hard not to feel guilty, but just remember that it wasnt _you_ who stole the money! Not a lot you can do in that situation without having another person or two to keep an eye on things. |

That's a horrible thing to happen Chiclet :( Sorry about that. At least you're safe though, they could've possibly harmed you while trying to get the money.
It sucks that there are people like that out there, i hope they get caught and punished for what they did. |

Would you guys seriously be up for doing a Fundraiser?
I'm going to Montreal for the weekend, but after that, I can dedicate most of my time to organizing it.
Feel free to shoot me some ideas. Some people from Tribe are interested in helping out as well.

That person is none other than Klubmasta Will, one of the most genuine, kind people I've met in the scene. He single-handedly saved WEMF two years ago :)

hehe.. i think it's because a lotta TA's are EX-tribers who were all ostracized by the trance hating majority .. :thepirate
heh nah but really i dun think we have anything "against" them .. they're just another TO msg board like so many others. and a lot of us here are Tribers as well .. but still TA's to the heart .. :D |

Even in my heyday of being able to post on webboards 8hrs/day while at work, I've never been able to keep up with teh posts on Tribe. And seriously lemme tell youm I did a load of browsing those 2 summers.
These days every so often I check out the Techno room, and just lurk on the general board. But frankly, i don't see how any of the people there have jobs/life, the amount of posts is just unrealistic!

I don't think that TAs "hate" Tribers. Its just seems to the outside that they are a very tight knit community and there is no room for new people which is totally not true and Tribers are actually really nice and normal people. |

Hmmm ok :) Well, most Tribers (except me) don't like Trance, but most of them are really nice too. I must say though, I'm so glad I found this forum! You guys rock.... and you like Trance.
Well, the fundraising plan in in progress...
I'll keep you guys updated. There probably won't be much movement until next week since I'm in Montreal for the weekend.
Again, if you have any suggestions or ideas for the fundraising party, please bring it up :) |
