Help ID: "I Want"

I heard this trance / dancefloor / house (? -- I'm no good at making these distinctions) tune on some radio station the other day.
The lyrics are: I WANT -- repeated many times. No other words.
The vocalist sounds like a young Asian female, she seems to have a Vietnamese/Chinese accent. She sounds contented, like a purring cat.
Who is the vocalist, and what record label is she on?
