Rip Off--- Coldplay- Clocks ??????

| I was listening to the song Michelle Nicol- Time (Original Mix). If anyone hasnt heard this yet, download it, and compare it to the song Clocks by Coldplay.... it is almost the same thing.... i dont know who got it from who, but theres no way in hell that these 2 people created the same song... does anybody know about this ??? :( :nervous: :eyespop: :sadgreen: :confused: |

the original mix is a ripoff of coldplay clocks which is why they had to modify the main melody. big deal..
and stop posting this thread multiple times..go to edit/delete and delete the others. |

silly topic thread notwithstanding, and basing on the plethora of other incriminations on your due, i'd say it's chumps like you that are making this forum about as enjoyable as a warez kiddie board.

Gonna have to agree for the most part. People need to be more conscious of what effects their actions have on the board as a whole. |

Look, my post got to the point, I'm sorry if it offended you in some bizarre way. But A) I'm tired of people jumping on the rip-off bandwagon (i.e that pathetic G&D thread) and B) when the guy posts 5 threads and makes such a quite frankly stupid comment, it warrants the response I gave.

| These Rip-Off threads are so damn annoying. This looks like people are searching like crazy through their mp3 collection to find a track that has some certain similarities to another just to be the first posting here "hey people i have found another rip, i'm so cool!"... |

warrants it or not is really a subjective point, so i won't touch on that one. what i will touch on is what i said about your history, or at least, what i've seen of it. i'm mostly talking about that thread where you and yours bashed raver...splurge, you called him? sure, he may have been a crackpot, but that session of letting the steam out could have been done on a treadmill at the local gym instead.
in any case i don't know the full story, but he merits my respect more than those that mocked him because while he was sincere, although a bit eccentric, you guys were playing the cool kids in the caf during high school lunch.
i'm just saying it would be a very sad state of affairs if the TA boards were lowered to that kind of status. better to teach than to disparage, i think. but hey, who am i to tell the cool kids what to do?
