experiences with radikal records???

everyone that has done business with radikal records online shop please post your experiences. i'm about to order 4 cdms from their shop to europe, but i don't know what the postage is going to be and they are not answering my queries. so i was wondering if anyone had any experiences with them, so i could get some kind of an idea how they're like

well i'll answer myself then if anyone else is wondering about ordering stuff from their website! i chose the cheapest delivery option and it was about 10€, so the price was ok and the CDs came to my house fast, much faster than what i expected, so i'd say it's a good record label/store!

I won a CD on their web site and it was never sent.... but I assume their contests are run separately from their record shop, so my experience probably doesn't apply.
