pissed at guitar center

i had bad experiences with guitar center twice.
First, when i first bought my first turntable(one and half year ago), i ordered 2 technics sl-1200 mk 2 and they didn't have them in stock and told me to wait like a week. so i did and went back a week later, then they still didn't have them and told me if i really wanted i could go pick them at other local store.(they also called the other store to make sure they had them) so i decided to go pick them up from other store. But when i got there they told me they only had display one which was opened and didn't look good. then they started to blame e on each other like "we never talked to other store" or something. anyway they offered me m3d for same price as mk2 so i took. and it was fair enough, but then i went back there to buy kaoss pad 2 yesterday. and when i came home to set it up and use, i realized that the manual was missing. so i call them back and they told me it was the last one and told me to call other store if they have it. i call them and they told me i cant exchange or returen with part missing. i was wtf. anyway i called back where i bought and talked to manager, AND he told me that i can get manual on line. i wanted to have the manual in case i didn't like it and wanna return. but he told me he'll remember and take it back if i didn't like it. so hang up pissed off, but they called right back and told me that other store is now willing to exchange, so i go over there and one dick working there was like "can i just give you the manual from OURS" i was once again wtf, i drove over here just to pick up a manual???. i told him i was scared if it was used little since it had the manual missing, so he open wrap started check and told me it was new. and after one employee came back with only and threw it on the counter. Then the dick i was talking to just walked away without putting my kaoss pad 2 and went to talked to other customer. i was like "can i leave now or what"
anyway i was sooo pissed at this guy for giving me attitude for something that's not my fault. damn i was pissed. i just had to let it out be4 i break something. |

i wish i could without getting into trouble,
anyway, i guess i'll have to use Sam Ash's
i just didn't wanna buy something big on-line.
but maybe i could try djmart.com next time. (DJTRANZ seems cool guy):D |

GC employees are such fcuking t00lz... I dealt w/several nimrods in the local GC - totally clueless...
U think this is bad? Sam Ash is the worst! I was shopping for a JD8080 they had on clearance.. came to local store (7mi away) - they said no stores in US have that unit anymore since it's discontinued. Few days later I was in the area of another store asked them for the same thing - dude looks it up in a computer says - hey, there's one in south NJ. I ask him to call - he calls and reserves one for me with a rep. Next day after work I drive to Sam ash in south NJ (cherry hill). What do they have on hold for me??? a fcuking Novation Supernova II! I'm like - ok, I see how you can mistake nova and supernova but how the hell do you mistake a novation for roland? what kind of idiot are you? they look it up again and tell me - there's one in north NJ... so, off I go driving 60miles in the opposite direction when I work only 10 miles away from that store. .. Finally, I got to the store in Edisson! and they had it... It was a good price, $485 and it is mint (floor model) but still, I wasted so much time driving around... Worse of all, jerk off in the store tells me that there's no manual but it can be downloaded from the internet. I check out roland and they (probably the only company) do not have any manuals for download! So don't feel too bad.

use pro stage & sound lighting at www.pssl.com....
...i've never had a prob and they deliver from cali to my home in south florida. Waiting on shipping is always a pain, but they always delivered in good condition. |

| i got tt from guitar center.. and noticed the manual was missing. so I call.. and they say.. "there a like 3 buttons on the turntable.. there is not much to look at on the manual"......... LOL!!!!!!!!!!!..... so I return everything and get new mK5's lol.. |
