Hey guys,
I shoulda just started my own thred to begin with, so my appologies arturo for posting in yours :(
Anyways, I'm pretty excited about the results of this competition. As much as I woulda liked to win, the confidence and knowledge I gained form competing against so many other talented djs from around the world is good enough for me! Please let me know what you think!

one of the best mixes ive heard on this forum. SOlid mixing(I could tell someparts were off, but they aren't noticeable to just anybody :) ) Track selection was awesome...loved the flow and energy...very upbeat from the start, yet mellow and cool before it escalates in to a tech trance orgy at the end. ing sweet.
Im posting a mix of mine soon as well...hopefully I can receive some commentary from an obviously skilled fellow DJ.

That's awesome... thanks so much guys. Yeah I'll definetly check your mix out! I'm always interested in hearing other up n coming djs!
I think the reason this set didn't win was because the winning set was to be played before Tiesto next weekend, and the final track is probably a little too techy and a slightly more melodic/trancey feel would have captured the win. |

to tell you the truth, I think it's because your mix was actually longer than 55 minutes...if you read the post regarding the GDJB finalists, they say that the mix needs to be EXACTLY 55 min long so that they can play it on the radio.

| Actually the length is fine. They said they'd even permit up to 1 min off... they just gave a guideline of 5 min for commercials. |
