I don't know about the livesets because I don't listen to a lot of electro, but you can visit www.3voor12.nl and then go the the 'DJ-Sets' part. There are sets from Dr. Lektroluv and Tiga there (Realplayer though).
For a mix of electro and techno search for artists like:
Kiko
The Hacker
Oxia
Dima
