Debate the following statement: ‘Internet shopping will
fail, as it does not allow for a social shopping
experience’. |

That statement is complete crap for me, I hate having to go out, wade through the masses, and dig around in stores for a given product.
The only reason I still shop in the real world at all is because of the immediate 'it's in your hands now' as opposed to next week factor.
I guess some people take to shopping as a social venture, I'd much rather sit around with a cup of coffee, play some board games, a hand of cards, visit a club, go to an amusement park, frankly, almost anything other than go out and buy things. |

Completely agree with the above.
I would do all my shopping online if i could, because of less hassle, lower prices, and more selection.
I would buy my groceries and house supplies online if i could!
the online thing i won't buy online is clothes, because you have to try them on, see if they are the right color (monitor color can be decieving), the right fabric etc. |

I agree too.
I have bought my entire vinyl collection which I started in December online, and in my area I'd literally have to travel miles to find at least one ofo them, as it's all older stuff that I buy. With a few clicks I can have an item in a couple of days which if I was to go out and look for it in the outside world, I reckon it would take me months, if not years, to find. |
