I am going to order this tomorrow, £340 from Sapphires. However i am complete noob in this area. To me they look great, and have a decent mixer.

What are you opinions on this?

For the price, this looks like a very decent setup, for a beginner. Depending on how serious you are with DJing live or even professionally at all, you may want to save up for a pair of Technics decks instead of the Numarks. DOn't get me wrong the Numarks are decent, but I've already got my mixer (Behringer VMX300) and I'm saving up for 2 Technics1200M3Ds.
That included mixer, is rather limited. I would highly suggest one with 3-band EQs per channel and besides, that's a scratch mixer.
are you gonna be scratching or mixing?

Maybe you should just get this great deal, and sell the parts you can afford to get better ones of. such as the headphones... get better ones. Also... the carts that come with this may not be so great. so u might have to get better carts.

Take your time to do the shopping, all that can happen is that you'll be able to have more time to save up for better stuff.... DOn't rush into this.... research plenty.
I'm gonna be broke, but I'm sacrificing many things to get my $2000 setup complete.... just another opinion.

if youre just gonna use the stuff at home those decks work perfectly fine....unless you have plans on taking your stuff around and DJ'ing I see no reason in wasting that extra money on two techs....of course the techs are better (not saying that the TT1650 is bad, hell I have one myself :)) but it's just a waste of money for home use only

but when it comes to the mixer I think you should sell it as fast as you can and get a better one...maybe a DJM 300 or wait untill the new behringer replica of Pioneers DJM600 comes out :)

so in short terms...keep the decks and aim on buying a better mixer and on sight...better carts too coz the groovetool pickup that follows with the 1650 really sucks....believe me on that one :p

Might wanna shop around, as I got a similar package for a lot less than that. Then again, where I got it, they don't ship out of the country. :(

It's a nice set-up to get started, but you'll definitely want to upgrade once you start getting into it. But if you don't have enough for all decent equipment off the bat, I think this is a good idea and then just upgrade one piece at a time. But it seems awful expensive for what it is.

wow those are the ones a have, I'd recomend you to sell that mixer right away and get the behringer 300 which is kinda nice. the only problem with those TT's is that you will have to upgrade it later on. If you are a beginner as I am those TT's are perfect for you, but if you are not a beginner it's beter if you save up some money and get the Technics (that's what I'll do soon )

i think after reading these comments and others i have made a good choice. a little expensive to some maybe, but, this is the uk :(

im not looking to go nationwide, and dont know how i will take to it, as said, i dont have a musical bone in my body...

at the end of the day theyll be fine, for me, for use in my room. (i think/hope)
