So I gave some thoughts about going on a trip to northern Ontario to see the Northern Lights, sometime this year. I always been wanting to see it. Play some nice trance while the skies illuminates. Anyway where can I get more infomation as to when and where is the best time to see them?
Any TOTA ever witness the night sky dazzle?

Actually im originally from Midland its about 2hrs north of Toronto, and ive seen it quite a few times its unreal, something to be experienced, although i dont remember the exact month, but it was in the warmer months i know that, the farther north you go it gets even better so keep asking around and u might find someone from up there, good luck bro.

I would love to see that! I've seen a lot of pictures of aurora borealis, must be an amazing experience to be able to view it.
I was also wondering when the best time would be to see it happen... :conf:
On a side note i'd also love to witness the midnight sun :tongue2 a friend in norway posted showed me a pic of it once, it was 4am in the morning for him and the sun was there! Looked amazing:D |

I've seen them here in Barrie; no need to go so far north...
As to 'when' (as in time of year) I'm pretty sure you have a higher percentage of seeing them during the winter although the very first time I saw them was during the fall here in Barrie...:eyes: |
