hi-heres the dark techno pumping type remix i did of neal scarboroughs trance track - bta2
very heavy beats and percussion with filters all over the place...anyone into techno would like this. or even the trance lovers might aswell who knows.

not a bad mix! sounds pretty good.
Critique:
There is a fairly high note that comes in, just one note almost plucky sounding, comes in around 2:40. This synth is alittle annoying, but could be fixed by changing the sound used.. and maybe if you panned the alternating notes it would add some depth.
The high end frequencies are alittle too piercing. They are harsh on the ears, you could try taming them down somewhat.. or rolling off the very top.
There are some off beat kicks that sound alittle awkward.
Things that I liked:
Great percussion, almost a tribal sound. I really like that.
Bass is very well done, it plays well off of the kick you use to create that deep rolling sound.
The effects used add to the track alot.
I like this track, and I usually dont listen to much techno.
A few minor alterations and it'll be a real hard hitting stormer. :D d |

yeah i know wat u mean bout d piercing sounds...it was kind of intended so it gives it that dirty kinda random feel. the high freqs messin ur head up while the perc and bass blow d place up :whip: :thepirate
