Why do TAs hate glowsticks?

I was just reading the house party thread and noticed this...
I was just wondering why?
Is it because people are waving them in YOUR face? if so, then isnt it that person's fault?
I personally like them...but whatever
Just wondering about your personal reasons for hating them! |

| glowsticks are cool...but the people who dont know how to do jack and think they do...are the THINGS that piss me off...oh and when lightshows occur in the middle of the dancefloor |

some of the TA's that are a bit older tend to dislike them b/c they equate them w/ teh under 19 sect. i persoanlly find them aq bit lame..but i don't hate them

i like giving and receiving light shows, they're fun, when done properly.
