| Who else in here is an avid oneironaut? I'd be interested to see the correlation between trance listening and lucid dreaming (or interest in it). I doubt as many country bumpkins are into it :toothless |

| Not sure what you mean by "too arsed" but yeah I just found that thread, thanks. Still wondering how many ppl here are actually into it. It really truly is the coolest thing ever, and most ppl I talk to about it just give me funny looks :-P |

| to be honest i do lucid dreaming alot. i had one today as a matter of fact. sometimes i would wake up then go back and dream of it again, if i dont like the dream i can just wake up think of something i want to dream then go back to sleep and dream of it.! |

| Wake yourself up? Wouldn't the recognition that you want to wake up depend on you being lucid in the first place? Once I make that jump, it's usually smooth sailing... but oh man is it strange to think that for most nights it's just "laa dee daaa all these weird freaky things are going on around me but noooo I don't notice that I'm dreaming!" Talk about being oblivious... |

ugh, that was supposed to read "if you're not too arsed to read through all of this," but i guess i lost my train of thought in the middle (ugh ADD lol)... i've been recording my dreams for a year now and i suspect i've done a few direct and indirect lucid dreams but i never remember them too clearly. i'm too lazy to do the light switch / writing / watch exersizes. |

Yeah, read his technique, I tried it on my girlfriend and it worked!!!! It's very cool, you can lead someone into a dream and manipulate it completely.
As for the lucid dreaming itself, I'm trying to learn it. Anyone got any suggestions for me? (I'm too lazy to do the writing exercises) |

| Yeah I read the technique. That's actually hypnosis and not lucid dreaming, although hypnotic dreams can be pretty phunky too! I've never heard that particular induction but you better believe I'll try it :) |
