Melodic Trance Sets?

I don't want to piss anyone off or irritate anybody, I realize there are like 200 threads on uplifting tunes and stuff.
What I'd like to know is what are -- and where i can d/l -- some of the new melodic trance livesets. Note I said "melodic," not "uplifting"; I like uplifting stuff but when there's too much happy emotion it gets boring, like in Magik 6, you know? Trance has to be not only about the happy emotions, but also the sad/dark ones. Melody, however, is *key* for me. I don't like prog/techno.
So... can anyone recommend any livesets like that? What I have in mind is something like Ferry Corsten's TranceEnergy2000. Thank you in advance! |

yeah well...
about sadness I can recommend some of Moby's stuff. although not quite trance, the guy makes meblue whenever I listen to his album

I'll start with Dumonde. Anybody know where I can actually download some of his mixes? (I say "actually" because lots of MP3 sites are nothing but crap.)
Maybe we can ask the webmaster of this site to put up some melodic trance sets... the recent ones all seem to be on the progressive side. |

I uploaded the Dumonde sets at SSL to The tranceaddict FTP, but I guess swamper didn't like them cause he never posted them.......Great stuff though.....I think it's swampers loss for not posting such amazing sets.....here is the track listings.....
