its all good, as long as there's melodic being produced i'll be happy! i dont think im goign to get sucked into the prog scene at all, its far too boring, leaving me thinking "is that it?" after every track.

i find that hard to believe

ah dont get me wrong, i wasnt targetting that comment at you specifically elef, im just not into that music in general. I've jsut heard the ralphie b mix this instant, adn i do like it! i am a big fan of ralphie's stuff, particularly midway. i'll undoubtedly dip my hand into my pocket for this one! good choice for the remix, you cna count yourself another sale now when it comes out!

sorry its off topic, but name a prog tune i wont find boring and ill gladly DL'd and give you my honest opinion! Of course i'd like to like prog, but if there isnt either a climax or amazing melody im not normally interested.

Ralphie B's remix is great! Real smooth and melodic. Quality production.

i can understand you're not really into prog house because there's no cliamx and all, but i really think it is impossible to say you don't like EVERY track that's released in a particular genre..

anyhow, perhaps prog trance is a bit more accessible, i suggest you check out some james holden stuff.. by no means boring if you ask me, very skilled producer..

Have to say that the Ralphie B remix is one of the best works so far for 2003!

i like progressive stuff f.e bedrock or james holden productions very much,... yo may hear them as boring but they
are produced very tricky... sometimes you have to listen to the
small sounds and sequencies in a song and you will hear why they
kick ass!!

i am a fan of all kind of music styles as long as they are good!!

Plastic Angel

yes you guys have got me there, james holden is one of my favourites, so i guess i can eat me own words now! hehe.

I think a more appropriate way of putting my tastes are..

If it can go on a mix comp then id like it! james holden productions can easily go on mix comps, but others cannot!

There's now way i could listend to 2xCD's of prog, but i dont mind a little mixed in with plenty of trance!

Just had a listen, nice! I think an original dub would be terrific tho, not a big fan of those vocals.

Original with vocals: 7/10
Original w/o vocals: 8/10
Raphie B: 7.5/10
