PA breakdown while I was playing :/

happened yesterday...
sucks :/
I was playing first in a party before Luis Paris (plastic fantastic etc), in a big club with a loud PA. After about 2 hours from when I started my set, there was an explosion (fortunatelly it was behind a wall from me and didn't effect me at all) and everything was dead :/
no sound, no lights, nothing :/
We thought that they could recover the situation, but it was impossible since lots of amplifiers and cable melted...
it was very dissapointing since we had to tell people to go home...
anyone ever found himself in the same situation?

| yea at this one gig i was doing i brought my own speackers anyways one of em cuts out in the middle of the song so i was down to half sound so i just rewired the cabels so it went threw the movie theater thing anyways i ended up getting it on soround sound which was prutty cool, the promoter was pissed cuz she had to pay for my speacker and the cost of me working as an electrition lol |
