weeeeeee, Percussion rocks the big ones. That dark melody that creeps in is also sweet. The highlight of the track for me has to be that crazy little peice that flies in at 4:07, amazing.
Everything about this track really is great, awesome work ! |

this track does not resemble traffic at all! this style is completely different!
besides, it is much better than traffic.. very detailed production, crazy fx and bassline, just absolute quality!! traffic = poo compared to this.. |

Well.. as the title says.. it's a destroyer.. you guys really did a good job with this.
First, the two styles really combine well, it's like we can tell which bits were made by Haak and which bits were made by Santiago Niņo. It doesn't sound too busy, but it's on the limit of elements the tune can support.. one or two more layers and it would sound bad probably. The biggest complaint is that in places it sounds a bit chaotic, though it's not a major problem, plus seems like you guys meant it to sound that way. Another minor stuff is that the synths seem not to be 'phat' enough, could it be from the encoding? Are you guys using VST's or some hardware?
Overall, this is a killer track, and more important than that, very innovative! Could be considered tech-trance, but it's definitely different from most of the tech-trance tunes out there.. it mixes techno with trance in a different way. Also, most tunes in the genre are starting to sound a bit cheesy, which isn't the case at all - it is banging yet very underground, intelligent stuff. It's probably the best tune I've heard from both of you.. keep making stuff, you're also my fav 2 producers from this forum, haha
A 192 kbps rip would be great :D but it's understandable why you won't do it.. good luck in sending it to labels. Though the tune doesn't sound like it would fit perfectly in many dj's recordbox, try sending it to Marco V.. or even Picotto.. maybe they would spin it, it's quality enough for it anyway! Good luck for the future |
