Wasn't the clocks tune Oakey played the Cosmos bootleg that was doing the rounds a while ago?
Both good sets. Oakey's mixing coould of been better but still

A lot of people thought of Resurrection as a great track. Lots of DJ's were spinning it, but because it was overplayed it suddenly became the 'worst track' ever. Way too commercial and all that :p I still like it. I remember Tiësto playing it during his Solo Tour in 2001 :) |

yeah but Tiesto played it out in 2001 when it was still a popular tune.
what killed it was getting in EVERYBODYs playlist. from there it went and got played every night out, it was played out on the radio it got played out too much and it killed it off.
, i can remember listening to this tune on the good old www.mp3.com website about 5 years ago in 1998.
just a pity it got overplayed. |

Exactly! It got overplayed. But a track being overplayed doesn't mean it's a track. And that's what a lot of people called it after hearing it too much, eventhough they liked it at first. |
