me too . . . all of those new digital mixers from numark look nice . . .

the DXM-06 was what I think youre looking at too . . . fully digital. 12 24-bit effects, kills, replacable crossfader . . . all for 249.99 at pssl.com

I am actually going to buy the DXM-06 Mixer today, in a few hours in fact - will I be making a right choice?
And does anyone know what kind of effects it has - echo, flanger etc ??? And with the 12 effects, I pressume that its 6 effects per channel ? :conf:

see you all talking about the dmx-06.
But as this topic is called "Numark Mixers", I'm putting in a question for a other Mixer from them.

yes, i know there are several of topic already about this, but I'll ask again :p

Anybody have experience the the DM3002x from Numark?
understand this is a decent mixer, but are there any thing about it I should know..?

sorry "stealing" your topic mate, but since it's already up.. hehe;)

[ groovypants ] - i dont know what kind of effects it has, but i think that it's 6 effects for channels 1 and 2, and 6 effects for mic/aux . . . check it out, its one of the "feature articles" numark.com . . .

Sjodalf -
I actually have a Numark DM3000x which is basically a the 3001x/3002x minus the kill switches and some other stuff . . . I really like it, even though its just a basic mixer, but it seems like its build quality is good and it does the job. I don't really have any complaints as of yet (except for the fact I would have liked those kills). But personally, I would take the 3002 over a Behringer VMX300 any day . . . so i say go for it, and shoot me a pm if youve got any questions.

thanks a lot for the help mate! really helped my on the way;)
yeah, was actually thinking of buying the VMX300, but changed my mind when i saw it.:p to be only a 3 chan. Mixer, it's HUge, Heavy and butt-ugly! hehe, so since the Numark is much the same I've decided to go for it! (And its "Look", is also MUCH better!!) :)

I have a DM-3000X and it is nice. I really like it for the price. After 2 years the xfader is crackling (it is replaceable, but I am too cheap and I just use the upfaders now). I think you will be satified with it. I kind of would have liked to have volume meters for each channel but you can get around it, because the main volume meter shows the volume of the cued track (or master out if nothing is cued). You should be able to get them nice and cheap now.

hahahaha I agree . . . absolutely no thought went into the design/asthetics of the VMX300 if you ask me, its so clunky and cheesy looking
