Disagree.You do not have to be in the state or condition of mental retardation in order to do or utter something foolish or stupid. This due to the fact that something foolish or stupid can be relative (someone would say that travelling to the North Pole or up Mount Everest without oxygen tanks would be foolish,where as others would call it bold and couragous) |

I am willing to concede the point that mental retardation is not the untranscendable pre-requisite state necessary - as my collegue may have insinuated - for the utterance of something that may only be described as "foolish", nonetheless there remains a compelling connection linking the two elements hitherto described.
That is to say suhkorea may not have a clearly detectable mental disorder, as such, connected inexorably to the utterance of foolish verbosities such as the example provided, yet I think it would be reasonable to suggest that in all cases - forgive me, in the vast majority of cases - a clear and traceable link may be deduced between the mental state of the "subject" at a given point in time and any material - be it oral or written in descent - provided by the subject either concurrently or subsequentially. So, in deference to the case provided, may I be so bold as to suggest that there exists a definite correlation between the current cognitive deficiencies within our subject and the written material he saw fit to present to this website.
